Velo Creamery (pronounced veh-low, the French word for bike) is a woman-owned San Antonio business serving fresh, handcrafted ice cream cookie sandwiches, sorbet push pops, and popsicles from an adorable tricycle.

At Velo Creamery, we strive to use high-quality ingredients, our push pops are sweetened with honey, and our popsicles have no added sugar. We use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible because supporting fellow local small business owners means the world to us.

We started Velo Creamery for three reasons:

1. We want to bring joy and happiness to the world, and ice cream sandwiches seem to be GREAT at doing that.

2. We wanted to create a business where we could work with our family. Our lead product tester is our 10-year-old, and our older kids help us create our sandwiches in our commercial kitchen as well as sell them at our pop-ups.

3. We REALLY love bikes. When we’re not making and selling ice cream sandwiches, you’ll find us on our bikes rippin’ down trails or on a group road ride.
