For YEARS I’ve dreamt of working with my family, I wasn’t sure how I’d do it, but I can tell you serving handcrafted treats from a bike wasn’t even on my radar until this last year. This endeavor materialized over the course of a week away, where I had time to think. And once it had materialized there was no stopping it! We went ahead full steam to bring Velo Creamery to life and it’s been the most wonderful unexpected adventure yet, full of life lessons, laughs, and of course sweet treats.
